The Starter Growth Kit I is an entry-level two-compound combination formulated for research of parallel anabolic signalling pathways. It pairs a tissue-selective androgen receptor agonist with a ghrelin receptor agonist, providing a controlled framework for studying convergent effects of AR-mediated and GH/IGF-1-mediated stimulation on lean tissue accrual in research models.

The rationale for combining these compounds lies in their non-overlapping mechanisms. RAD-140 acts directly on androgen receptors in skeletal muscle and bone, while MK-677 elevates endogenous growth hormone and IGF-1 through the GHS-R1a pathway. Studied together, they allow researchers to model dual-axis anabolic signalling without the estrogenic conversion or hepatic burden associated with traditional steroidal androgens.
