Delivery Policy
1. Standard Delivery Method
All orders, including SARMs UK placed through our online store are dispatched using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service. This method ensures a reliable and efficient shipping experience for all customers within the United Kingdom.
2. Dispatch and Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a standard working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) will typically be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
- From the point of dispatch, the standard delivery timeframe is usually 2 working days.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all addresses across mainland UK, including Northern Ireland. For deliveries to remote areas, the Channel Islands, or offshore locations, the expected delivery timeframe may be subject to slight delays.
4. Tracking and Confirmation
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes tracking information (if applicable to your chosen service option).
- You may track your parcel using the Royal Mail website or Royal Mail’s official tracking tool.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly indicated at checkout. Any shipping promotions or free delivery offers will be subject to the stated terms and conditions.
6. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery Attempts
If no one is available to accept the delivery, Royal Mail may leave a ‘Something for you’ card with instructions for collection or redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure prompt receipt of their order.
7. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
While we strive to meet our stated turnaround times, unforeseen circumstances—such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or seasonal backlog—may cause delays. In the rare event of such delays, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
8. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve any issues promptly.
