RAD-150 (TLB-150) is an esterified analog of RAD-140, structurally modified through the addition of a lipid-based ester moiety. The ester linkage renders RAD-150 a prodrug form of RAD-140, facilitating a more gradual release profile and sustained activation of androgen receptors over time.
