We will accept returns if:

  • The product arrived unsealed or damaged
  • We sent the wrong product

We will re send orders if they are lost in the postal service.

We will accept returns if

  • The wrong product is sent
  • The products internal packaging is damaged

We do not accept liability for international orders not arriving, whether they are lost within the post or seized by customs.
