MK-29, also known as OTR-AC or Ostarine-O-Acetate, is a chemically modified form of MK-2866 (Ostarine) featuring an acetate ester. MK-29 retains the selective androgen receptor binding properties of Ostarine, acting as a non-steroidal SARM that promotes anabolic activity in muscle and bone, while minimizing androgenic effects in reproductive tissues.
