This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and covers research-grade SARMs and related products supplied within the United Kingdom.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Because SARMs are research-only chemical reagents, UK regulations require that all products remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition to qualify for a return.
You may request a return if:
- The item is unopened and unused
- The security seal is intact
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery (statutory UK cooling-off period)
- The product packaging is undamaged
Opened SARMs, broken seals, or tampered containers cannot be returned for safety and contamination-control reasons.
2. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
If you receive:
- the wrong product,
- an item damaged in transit, or
- an incomplete shipment,
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or refund once we verify the issue.
Photographic evidence may be required to speed up processing.
3. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product appears defective or compromised, contact us immediately.
We will investigate and may request the product back for inspection.
If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
5. Return Shipping
For customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind):
- You are responsible for return postage
- We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot refund items lost in transit
For returns due to our error (incorrect item, damaged item):
- We cover the return cost or send a prepaid label
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Any opened or unsealed SARMs
- Products with damaged packaging
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Products stored incorrectly by the customer (e.g., heat, moisture exposure)
7. Research-Only Compliance
All SARMs are sold strictly for:
- laboratory research
- in vitro testing
- reference material
- analytical purposes
They are not sold for human consumption, medical use, or cosmetic use.
Returns may be denied if we suspect misuse or regulatory non-compliance.
